I just want to say welcome to Ellianna Placas and Tasha Turner who are new editions to the Essence Magazine team. Unlike other bloggers who haven't been giving the new additions a warm welcome due to the fact that Ellianna is a white women (as if that should matter).  I personally haven't bought Essence Magazine in a very long time but I do always take a look at their fashion editorials so I can't wait to see what the new Fashion Director has in store.
